TheColourBlue is seeking a Financial Data & AI Engineer to join our international team in Belgium or Luxembourg. You will help design, build, and enhance our data platform, reporting, and AI-powered processes across finance operations and client servicing, ensuring data quality and reliable insights.

With 1–3 years of data or technology experience, you will work at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, improving data workflows, automation, and system integrations to support smarter

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data or technology roles.
• Hands-on data analytics and engineering experience.
• Knowledge of applying AI to real tasks is required or desired.
• Experience in finance, accounting, funds services, or family office is a plus.
• Degree in IT/data/engineering/finance/economics is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain the internal data platform and dashboards.
• Improve data quality, workflows, and automate manual processes.
• Develop integrations between internal and external systems.
• Support testing, release validation, and tooling improvements.
