Nova Talenta seeks a Finance Data & Analytics Consultant specializing in P&L and performance reporting for a Europe-wide hybrid engagement. You will shape the finance D&A target architecture, collaborate with the CFO office and FP&A, and drive hands-on delivery of P&L reporting on a modern stack including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, FDI, OneStream and Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

Deep hands-on experience delivering P&L, management reporting and performance analytics.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or strong Oracle analytics equivalent.
Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data structures and migration considerations.
Experience with OneStream planning, forecasting and consolidation.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or equivalent modern data platform.

Responsabilités

Co-design the finance D&A target operating model and reporting architecture with senior stakeholders.
Lead the migration of P&L and management reporting into Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
Define the role of Microsoft Fabric within the finance data landscape and ensure coherent data flow.
Design semantic models, dashboards and KPIs for real-time P&L and performance data.
Establish data governance, quality controls and lineage across finance reporting data.
