PwC Belgium is seeking a Manager in the CMAAS line of service within Assurance. You will provide strategic, technical and operational accounting advisory across transactions such as acquisitions, IPOs and debt offerings, and contribute to modern and sustainable reporting solutions for clients worldwide.

The role involves collaboration with colleagues across departments and potential involvement in international engagements, guided by senior managers and directors to build client relationships

Qualifications

• Master degree in Economics, Finance, Law or comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, financial controlling or international accounting.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic, technical and operational accounting advisory in transactions, IPOs, debt offerings, accounting change projects and other reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with PwC colleagues to offer integrated financial and non-financial reporting solutions to clients worldwide.
