Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience required.
• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification required or will be provided upon employment.
• General knowledge of residential construction and field service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently in the field.

• Confirm all scheduled services 1–2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials before appointments.
• Review customer details and service requirements prior to service.
