A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will drive business growth across the Liège region for L'Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase, running your territory as your own business:

• Grow the Business: Exceed sales targets, use digital tools (Partner Shop and CRM) to track performance, and onboard new salon partners to expand our network.
• Empower Salon Partners: Build lasting, trust-based relationships, guide salon owners through tailored growth plans, and work closely with our Education experts to develop their teams.
• Bring Brands to Life: Represent our brands in the field, strengthen their visibility in salons, and deliver high-impact commercial activations.

We Are Looking For

An entrepreneurial, results-driven professional with:

• A business degree or relevant commercial sales experience, preferably B2B
• Professional fluency in French and English
• Digital fluency, including CRM platforms and social media (Instagram and WhatsApp Business)
• Proven client relationship and negotiation skills
• A strong affinity for the hair and beauty industry

Une journée dans la vie

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Régional des Ventes, vous développez l’activité de votre secteur dans la région de Liège pour L'Oréal Professionnel et Kérastase, avec une véritable autonomie entrepreneuriale :

• Développer le chiffre d’affaires : Dépasser vos objectifs de vente, utiliser les outils digitaux (Partner Shop et CRM) pour suivre vos performances et prospecter de nouveaux salons partenaires.
• Accompagner nos partenaires : Construire des partenariats durables, conseiller les gérants dans leur développement et collaborer avec notre équipe Éducation pour faire évoluer les équipes en salon.
• Faire rayonner nos marques : Représenter nos marques sur le terrain, renforcer leur visibilité en salon et déployer des animations commerciales impactantes.

Votre profil

Autonome, proactif(ve) et axé(e) sur les résultats, vous réunissez :

• Une formation commerciale ou une expérience pertinente en vente, idéalement en B2B
• Une maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais
• Une réelle aisance digitale (outils CRM et réseaux sociaux, notamment Instagram et WhatsApp Business)
• Un solide sens de la négociation et de la relation client
• Une forte sensibilité à l’univers de la coiffure et de la beauté
