Utility Lines Construction Services is seeking a Permission Planner to coordinate access, scheduling, and customer communications for tree trimming and vegetation management near high‑voltage facilities. The role requires travel between sites, GIS reading, and reporting data to field leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating with property owners, utilities, and local agencies, ensuring permits are obtained, and maintaining safety and documentation while working 40 hours plus overtime as

Qualifications

• Must be able to read maps and use GIS tools for site access.
• Ability to safely drive a company vehicle and travel between sites.
• Read and understand written/verbal job instructions and information.
• Engage in professional communication and conflict handling.
• Use MS Excel and Outlook on mobile devices for reporting.
• Have reliable transportation to show‑up location.

Responsabilités

• Discuss access, power interruption, and required work with customers or property owners.
• Coordinate with General Foreperson and project leadership to manage schedules.
• Enter, maintain, and report project data using company systems.
• Procure permits and coordinate resources to meet project needs.
• Travel between job sites and support field operations as needed.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
