Waters is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to drive the local execution of marketing strategies across the region, translating global priorities into effective in-market programs. Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Excellence or related roles.
Experience in medical device, diagnostics, healthcare or B2B tech industries preferred.
Strong track record in campaigns, launches, events and lead generation.

Responsabilités

Translate global marketing strategies into clear local execution plans.
Execute demand generation initiatives in partnership with Sales and regional teams.
Ensure local campaign assets and messaging are relevant to markets served.
Equip Sales with tools and training for effective customer engagement.
Support product launches with local readiness and funnel tracking.
Develop relationships with key customers and plan local events.
