Pauwels Consulting is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead infrastructure deployment initiatives in Mechelen. The role blends hands-on delivery with governance development, emphasizing standardized ways of working and lifecycle coordination of feeder infrastructure.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage permits, align stakeholders, and ensure thorough handover to execution teams, with a focus on delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure, telecom, utility, or construction sectors.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation to execution readiness.
• Background in process improvement and governance structures.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management across multiple organizations.
• Experience navigating permitting processes and municipal coordination.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate infrastructure projects from intake through construction readiness, including design follow-up and site surveys.
• Manage project planning, permits, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement new governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
• Serve as the central point of contact for operational delivery, coordinating with municipalities, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure all project documentation and dependencies are finalized before handover to execution teams.
