Job summary

ING Belgium is seeking an FEC Intelligence & Investigations Risk Analyst intern to support AML risk reviews, transaction monitoring inputs and risk reporting. You will review client profiles, assist in thematic reviews and contribute to strengthening the risk control framework.

The role emphasizes analytical work, data handling, and collaboration within a fast-changing environment. Fluency in English is required; French/Dutch are a plus.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Availability for 4–6 months with a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Basic to good knowledge of AML risk is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in data analysis.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are beneficial.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; other software is a plus.

• Review client information and perform initial checks to understand financial crime risks.
• Assist with initiation, reviews and reporting related to thematic reviews.
• Support execution and development of anti-money laundering strategy and risk reporting.
