Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, is seeking a Manager, Digital & Tech – Plant & Automation to drive IT/OT support and factory transformation across sites in Europe, including occasional travel to Maastricht. You will navigate a matrixed organization and partner with business stakeholders to shape solutions.

You bring at least 5 years of IT experience in manufacturing, strong IT/OT know-how, and excellent communication in English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in manufacturing, including IT/OT support and project work.
• Experience in factory environments with OT and process/batch contexts.
• Strong communication skills in English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT/OT support for defined factory solutions and ensure SLAs.
• Serve as primary IS Plant contact for regional and domain matters.
• Support/drive IT/OT project portfolios aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with global P&A teams to standardize solutions and services.
• Maintain ITIL-aligned asset management and documentation.
