Everllence Belgium NV in Antwerp is seeking a hands-on Facility & Toolshop Coordinator to own facility operations and toolshop management across office and workshop facilities.

You will ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace, manage tool lifecycle from registration to inspection, and support workshop teams, field engineers, and external partners while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, proactive and reliable professional.
• Strong technical understanding with practical skills.
• Structured, accurate and safety-focused way of working.
• Good communication and service-oriented attitude.
• Technical or facility-related background with experience in an industrial environment.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Experience with maintenance, tools, inventory or facility processes.
• Experience with digital systems and administration.

Responsabilités

• Own facility operations including office, workshop, storage areas and workplace improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs and technical improvements.
• Ensure a safe, clean and professional working environment.
• Manage facility services, suppliers and maintenance partners.
• Support safety, compliance, logistics and workshop organization.
• Own and coordinate daily Toolshop processes: tool availability, registration and traceability.
• Ensure tools are maintained, inspected, calibrated and available for technicians.
• Manage tool inventory, repairs, replacements and project preparation.
• Provide the right tools to workshop and field teams when needed.
