In our dynamic Contract Logistics operations, we're looking for a passionate Facility Expert to help us deliver excellence every day. Job Description

As Facility Expert, you will play a vital role in supporting the Facility Manager with the daily operations of Facility Management. You’ll ensure top-tier facility services and provide exceptional support to both employees and pharmaceutical clients within our warehouse environment.

How you create impact
  • Lead and manage a team of three Facility Technicians overseeing hard services (e.g. HVAC, electrical, fire safety, plumbing, infrastructure);
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards across all building systems;
  • Oversee the Facility Management ticketing system to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests;
  • Conduct regular site inspections and spot checks to identify and address areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams, contractors, and engineering offices to maintain smooth operations;
  • Provide administrative support for Facility Management, including handling ad hoc requests and documentation;
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage inventory of technical equipment to meet service standards;
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through KPIs, SLAs, benchmarking, and best practice implementation.
What we would like you to bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility Management, Environmental Engineering, Electrical degree or a related technical field;
  • Previous experience working in cold environments (–20°C to -75°C) is essential due to pharmaceutical warehouse conditions;
  • Strong technical background with the ability to perform risk analysis and apply analytical, logical thinking;
  • Excellent communication skills in French; English Intermediate level required for internal communication and documentation and knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced with Planon or similar Facility Management software;
  • BA4/BA5 certification is highly desirable, demonstrating safe working competence around electrical installations in line with Belgian RGIE standards;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to lead and collaborate across teams;
  • Flexible, proactive, and capable of managing workload independently while adapting to changing priorities and environments.
