You will lead proactive maintenance, coordinate projects, and collaborate with employees, contractors, and service providers to keep sites productive. You will support emergency readiness, optimize spaces, and drive continuous improvement through audits and preventive programs, while upholding safety and quality standards in a demanding, on-site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance or technical operations.
• Certifications such as VCA VOL, forklift/reach/scissor lift, LOTO or BA4 are beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safe, reliable facilities operations via proactive maintenance and inspections.
• Coordinate facility projects from planning through completion, balancing cost, safety and timelines.
• Serve as a primary contact between facilities management, staff, suppliers and contractors.
