• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some work experience or intermediate knowledge expected.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate facility-related projects with customers, contractors and vendors.
• Schedule work and special projects for the assigned facility.
• Negotiate costs with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
• Assist with budgeting, purchase orders and invoice payments.
• Manage floor and office space within the master plan.
• Update CAD layouts and master plans as needed.
• Coordinate installation of communications equipment.
