Johnson & Johnson Beerse is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for the Device Assembly & Packaging (DAP) unit within Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. You will lead a high-performing team, drive manufacturing excellence, and ensure safe, compliant operations across the site in Beerse, Belgium.
The role reports to the Operations Director and requires strong collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing manufacturing operations within a cGMP-regulated environment.
- Experience in device assembly, packaging, or related pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is preferred.
Responsabilités
- Lead daily Device Assembly & Packaging operations to deliver production plans meeting customer demand, quality, and regulatory expectations.
- Drive safety, quality, compliance, service, cost, productivity, and inventory targets.
- Improve OEE, yield, cycle time, throughput, and manufacturing reliability.
- Ensure effective investigations of deviations and CAPA, and maintain compliance with quality systems.
