Fujitsu in Brussels seeks a freelance F5 / Palo Alto Network Security Specialist to join a biometric ICT project. You will operate within a multidisciplinary team, maintain a 24/7 infra used by thousands of field users, and implement security policies while producing detailed technical reports.

The role requires hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP and Palo Alto, plus Splunk, Nessus and ELK for monitoring and logging, with strong communication in English and either French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, APM and ASM/AWAF is confirmed.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SNMP.
• Experience in security monitoring, log correlation and incident response.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and ensure correct implementation of security policies.

Freelance Opportunity - F5 / Palo Alto Network Security Specialist - Brussels

For one of our clients in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced F5 / Palo Alto Network Security Specialist to join a critical and business-essential biometric ICT project.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team of internal and external experts and contribute to an infrastructure that operates 24/7 and is used by thousands of field users.

• Monitor and ensure the correct implementation of security policies.
• Implement and manage the ABIS, F5 and Palo Alto infrastructure.
• Follow up on infrastructure changes and perform troubleshooting when required.
• Handle and resolve technical tickets related to the project.
• Contribute effectively to crisis and security incident situations, including organized attacks, network intrusions and virus detection.
• Recommend technical solutions to secure connections with external partners, the intranet and the internet.
• Produce clear technical documentation and reports.
