Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily operations of the F&B outlet.
• Lead and guide team members to ensure smooth service.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate updates to the team.
• Ensure outlet setup before service.
• Monitor quality, presentation and service standards.
• Attend to guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments during operations.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment.
• Train and coach staff on service standards.
• Monitor stock, wastage and breakages.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and RHG standards.

Job Description

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the assigned outlet, supervising the team and ensuring consistent food and beverage service standards and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet.
• Lead and guide team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
• Ensure proper preparation and set-up of the outlet before service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
• Attend to guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments during operations.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment.
• Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge and hotel procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage and breakages within the outlet.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and RHG standards, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Experience in the hotel industry of at least 2 to 3 years
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
