Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an F&B Supervisor to support daily outlet operations, supervise the team and uphold service standards. You will lead staff, run briefings and ensure guest satisfaction while coordinating with the kitchen and other departments.

You will ensure high-quality service, manage schedules, monitor stock and maintain hygiene and safety standards across shifts, contributing to memorable guest experiences and brand promises.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Knowledge in using Micros / POS system.
• 2–3 years of experience in the hotel industry.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Ensure proper preparation and set-up of the outlet before service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
• Attend to guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments during operations.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment.
• Train and coach team members on service standards, menu knowledge and hotel procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage and breakages within the outlet.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and RHG standards, policies and procedures.

Job Description

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the assigned outlet, supervising the team and ensuring consistent food and beverage service standards and a positive guest experience.

• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.

• Knowledge in using Micros / POS system
• Experience in the hotel industry of at least 2 to 3 years
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
