Aimbridge is inviting candidates to apply for the F&B Trainee position at Courtyard by Marriott Ghent. This internship provides students with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the daily operations of our vibrant Food & Beverage team within a modern hotel setting.

Successful candidates will contribute to creating memorable guest experiences, supported by intensive guidance from management while gaining valuable skills. The position offers a monthly internship allowance of €750 and is ideal for those pursuing a career in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm, professional first impression.
• Take and process food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with Marriott standards.
• Assist in setting up, maintaining, and clearing tables before and after service.
• Support the team in mise-en-place and restocking supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
