Qualifications

• Masters in Computer Science, Engineering Science, Data Science, or related fields with first professional experience, or PhD in these fields.
• Technically strong, independent, and committed to high-quality, production-ready outcomes.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in complex technical environments.
• Professional, reliable, constructive team player, exceeding expectations.
• Understand client context and see the bigger picture beyond your own module.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a technical module, delivering robust, production-ready solutions.
• Create qualitative client-facing deliverables (code, data pipelines, dashboards) independently.
• Organize updates, next steps, and documentation in a clear, reproducible way.
• Engage with client stakeholders professionally, explaining technical decisions and trade-offs clearly.
• Act as a fully integrated member of the client team, contributing to operational and strategic discussions.
• Help onboard and support new colleagues, sharing knowledge and guidance.
