Job summary

NTek Software Solutions in Brussels is seeking an experienced IT Security Specialist to manage and strengthen our enterprise network security posture. You will oversee F5 BIG-IP load balancers, Fortinet firewalls, and cloud security tooling to protect critical infrastructure.

This role requires strong knowledge of SIEM, Azure security, and security policies, with Dutch or French language competence at B2/C1 and English as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in IT security and network security.
• Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP, load balancing, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Experience with Fortinet FortiGate and FortiAnalyzer.
• Knowledge of network segmentation, VLANs, and security policies.
• Experience with SIEM and security monitoring.
• Knowledge of Azure security, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and cybersecurity concepts.

Mandatory Language Requirements:

• Dutch or French – B2/C1/C2 CEFR Level required.
• English is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize network security infrastructure.
• Configure and support F5 load-balancing solutions and Fortinet firewalls.
• Implement and maintain network segmentation, firewall policies, and web application security.
• Monitor security events, investigate risks, and support security improvements.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in IT Security and Network Security.

• Ability to advise technical teams on security risks and infrastructure protection.
