Start date: 02/11/2026. Duration until 31/12/2027 with potential extensions. Work regime: Hybrid with remote possibilities. Contract open to permanent employees and freelancers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of total IT experience in IT environments.
• 10+ years as an IT Architect in enterprise, infrastructure, or solution domains.
• 3+ years of architectural experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with IAM and related security, networking, or server infrastructure.
• Native Dutch language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural research and implementation for the IT4IT stream, specifically regarding ITSM and IAM systems.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams and systematically map architectural debt.
• Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 configuration and digital sovereignty initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to enhance the team's technical and architectural maturity.
• Coordinate project management facets including cost estimations, planning, and resource timing.
• Analyze business processes to ensure technical solutions align with broader organizational goals.

• You have 15+ years of total professional experience within IT environments.
• You possess 10+ years of relevant experience as an IT Architect in enterprise, infrastructure, or solution domains.
• You bring 8+ years of specialized expertise in networking, security, or server infrastructure.
• You're experienced with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 architecture.
• You have 3+ years of architectural experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• You possess 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers.
• You have proven knowledge of modeling techniques using Archimate, TOGAF, UML, and Sparx EA.
• You bring experience in project management facets including coordination, planning, and estimation.
• You're proactive and possess strong coaching skills to mentor junior team members.
• You are native in Dutch.

Nice to Haves
