Recruit Bridge, based in Brussels, is seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience, a relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, and will work closely with customers to design solutions.

This role involves writing software, participating in design reviews, and working with QA teams. You will be working in an innovative environment aiming to support infrastructure management globally.

Functie eisen

• Master or Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or Master or Bachelor degree in Geography, Geology, Bio- or Civil Engineering with a strong background in ICT Technologies
• At least 3 to 5 years substantive projects in .NET /.NET Core development environment
• C#, .NET, Visual Studio, WPF, WebServices, RESTful API’s, SignalR, ASP.Net Core is a plus.
• PL/SQL, Oracle / SQL Server, LINQ, Entity Framework, etc.
• MVVM, Unit Testing/NUnit, Mocking, Integration Testing, Dependency Injection, IoC, Design Patterns, etc.
• Git, Scrum, Agile, JIRA
• Additional Skills: Experience / Knowledge of GIS systems such as ArcGIS Suite, GeoServer / OpenLayers is a plus
• Experience / Knowledge with network inventory systems (Fiber, Electric, Gas networks..) is a plus
• Works directly with customer and/or Business / Functional Analyst to understand the issues and needs, define and design changes to the solution, partner with other developers and designers, iterate through design and implementation
• Writes software, including configuring, implementing, maintaining, and improving products developed by the company, in addition to internal tools, unit testing own and others’ code, peer review of others’ code,
• Participates in software design and design review,
• Participates in continual improvement of the tools and processes involved in the software development process,
• Works with Quality Assurance (QA) and Customer Support teams, including bug tracking/issue management,
• Additional responsibilities may include: assisting or managing QA, or installation, configuration & deployments. Writing technical documentation.
