Yuzzu, an AXA Group insurance broker in Belgium, seeks an Experienced Information Security Officer to support the CSO in a dynamic, agile team. You will oversee information security tasks, drive ISO27001 compliance, and coordinate risk management across IT and third parties.

You will report to the CSO, shape security policies, and contribute to a broad range of security topics with autonomy and professional growth. This hybrid role offers a competitive package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer sciences, engineering, or relevant working experience.
• At least 3 years of experience within Information security field, ideally in financial sector.
• Knowledge of Information Security in different layers (network, systems, applications, cloud platforms).
• Certification or proven knowledge of different security standards (ISO27001).
• Experience as a project manager is an added value.

Responsabilités

• Governance of information security tasks and oversight by Yuzzu security team.
• Support information security initiatives including Physical Security, Business Continuity and Operational resilience processes.
• Assist in complying with security requirements, especially ISO27001, with continuous improvement and annual assessment.
• Analyze cyber-risks, propose improvements, and monitor controls with CSO and business.
• Produce quarterly KPI reports on information security controls.
• Coordinate recertification of accesses, asset vulnerability assessments, cloud asset reviews, and security policy development.
• Promote security across IT projects and third-party contracts, including secure SDLC practices.

Yuzzu is currently seeking a Experienced Information Security Officer.

In this role, you will act as a CISO supporting the CSO in a varied role, offering multiple challenges in an agile and friendly team.

What will be your main goals?

• You will report to the Chief Security Officer (CSO). Working together, you will contribute in the development, implementation, and support of Information Security activities according to the AXA group requirements and best practice standards (ISO 27K, DORA).

What will be your core activities and responsibilities?

• Yuzzu security team performs an oversight (governance) of information security tasks executed by different interlocutors within and outside Yuzzu.
• Support the organisation to achieve different Information security initiatives including Physical Security, Business Continuity and Operational resilience process.
• Support the organisation to comply with security requirements, especially ISO27001, requiring continuous improvement and subject to annual assessment.
• Support the CSO and business on cyber-risks and potential vulnerabilities. You will therefore analyse possible solutions, propose improvements, and monitor and execute controls.
• Perform quarterly reporting with KPI’s on controls related to information security.
• Perform recurrent tasks of the Information security practice, such as recertification of accesses, vulnerabilities assessment of all assets including cloud assets, follow up on infrastructure inventory and scanning, penetration test activities coordination, development and revision of security policies and procedures.
• Detect potential security vulnerabilities and work closely with IT team to propose countermeasures considering risk appetite and Yuzzu business concerns.
• Promote security in IT projects within the organization (secure development life cycle) and within Third Parties contracts (Audit/check & contract review/clauses).
• Assess how security related projects, requirements, internal processes, and organisational structures can be optimised to achieve Yuzzu yearly security objectives.

What are your skills and experiences?

• A degree in computer sciences, engineering, or relevant working experience.
• At least 3 years of experience within Information security field, ideally in financial sector.
• Knowledge of Information Security in different layers (network, systems, applications, cloud platforms).
• Certification or proven knowledge of different security standards (ISO27001).
• Experience as a project manager is an added value.
• Dutch or French speaker with an excellent knowledge of English.
