Qualifications

Which are your most important targets?

• Gather, understand, analyze, and challenge business needs with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Lead refinement sessions with the development team
• Help developers design robust solutions
• Test the implementation of features
• Write clear documentation

Which are your responsibilities?

• Write clear, concise, value-oriented user stories
• Define precise acceptance criteria
• Communicate proactively and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and functional requirements
• Validate feature implementation through at least manual testing
• Ensure overall functional consistency of the application

What is your profile?

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in analysis
• Fluent in English and at least one of French or Dutch
• Experience in front-end requirements analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into functional requirements
• Ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders at all levels: users, directors, managers, and specialists
• Strong team spirit
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Practical mindset and good judgment
• Strong sense of priorities, time management, organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
