Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific specialty is required.
• Extensive nephrology clinical practice and/or biopharmaceutical experience.
• Strong background in medical affairs strategy and lifecycle management.
• Experience with clinical trials design, execution and interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Lead ARGX-121 asset strategy with input from global MA&EG teams.
• Develop and execute Integrated Evidence Generation Plans across lifecycle.
• Co-create medical strategies via publications, advisory boards, and congress activities.
• Hire and manage indication leads; coach and develop MA&EG staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
