A leading insurtech scale-up is seeking multilingual graduates for claims associate positions in Brussels. The role offers comprehensive training, a dynamic work environment, and remote work options. Overview

We’re growing and looking for multilingual graduates to join our team as claims associates, starting with a 6-month contract from the end of May 2025, with a possibility to extend to a CDI contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process claims from start to finish
• Assess claim validity based on policy conditions
• Communicate with customers via email and phone
• Calculate settlements and handle payments
• Keep accurate records and contribute to process improvements

What we’re looking for

• Good written & verbal communication skills in English + at least one other European language (French, Dutch, German or other)
• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in translation, law, business administration or a related field
• A self-motivated, curious and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn
