CenEnergy is looking for a Backoffice Employee for Electric Charging Solutions to bridge our on-site technicians with customers. You will activate and configure charging stations, support installation, and handle quoting and administration to ensure each project is completed precisely.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical engineering (education or relevant experience).
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
• Structured, punctual and solution-oriented.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Activate and configure charging stations via our online backoffice platforms.
• Support technicians during installation and commissioning.
• Prepare and follow up on installation quotations with attention to detail.
• Ensure smooth administrative processing and adherence to deadlines.
• Work closely with colleagues to successfully complete every project.
