Job summary

Samsonite is seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser Europe to shape compelling in-store experiences across 200 stores in 16 European countries. You will translate brand priorities into inspiring windows, product presentations and practical guidelines for local markets.

Join a premium, global brand and lead VM initiatives with strong collaboration across Europe, product teams and retail partners. Travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role.
• Strong interest in customer experience and in-store execution.
• Creative and commercial eye for product storytelling and display.
• Ability to translate concepts into practical guidelines for stores.
• Strong planning and organisational skills for multiple markets.
• Comfort collaborating across functions and cultures.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Shape the European VM direction and annual plan aligned with launches and campaigns.
• Create window concepts, product stories, zoning principles and layouts.
• Develop practical VM guidelines for consistent execution across stores.
• Collaborate with Product Merchandising to optimise assortment and space.
• Visit stores in Europe, provide hands-on guidance and elevate standards.
• Brief external suppliers, review prototypes, ensure quality and cost balance.
• Coordinate with Retail Managers, Store Design, and other teams.
• Monitor trends and turn insights into scalable improvements.
