Job summary

Samsonite International S.A. is seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser Europe to shape a compelling in-store experience across approximately 200 retail stores in 16 European countries.

You will translate brand priorities into inspiring windows, product presentations and practical VM guidelines that elevate customer experience and drive store performance. Responsibilities

• Shape the European VM direction and execute the annual plan aligned with seasonal launches and marketing campaigns.
• Create inspiring retail experiences— develop window concepts, product stories, zoning principles and display layouts.
• Turn concepts into practical VM guidelines that can be executed across store formats and markets.
• Optimise assortment and space with Product Merchandising to ensure effective product presentation.
• Coach and support stores by visiting European stores and guiding local teams to raise VM standards.
• Manage partners and budgets— brief external suppliers, review prototypes and production quality.
• Collaborate across Europe— act as central VM contact for Retail Managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Keep improving— track retail trends and turn insights into scalable VM improvements.
