Job summary

Air Products is seeking an Energy Analyst Europe to join the European Energy team. You will deliver market analysis, forecasting, and data-driven insights to support energy strategy and operational decisions across Europe.

Working closely with operations and business teams, you will help optimize energy performance, support renewable energy initiatives, and contribute to sustainability and decarbonization goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in European energy markets, energy procurement, and risk management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI and Python.

Responsibilities

• Provide energy market analysis, forecasting, reporting, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to optimize energy costs, efficiency, and carbon performance across European operations.
• Support energy procurement, renewable energy projects, and energy risk management initiatives.
• Monitor energy market and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Develop dashboards, models, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with operations and other cross-functional stakeholders to implement energy strategies and deliver operational improvements.
