Job summary

ENGIE Belgium's EMS division is seeking an Area Cooperation Manager to bridge customers with EMS capabilities across Europe. You will drive long-term partnerships, translate needs into maintenance services, and steer business growth while balancing technical feasibility and risk.

The role requires a master’s degree in engineering or business engineering, plus experience in maintenance or industrial services. Travel across Europe is expected, with a hybrid work setup and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or business engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance, asset management, power generation, industrial services or technical B2B environments.
• Strong in stakeholder management, negotiation, communication and building long-term trust.
• Willing to travel within Europe for meetings, site visits and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders across Europe.
• Drive the full commercial process from opportunity identification to contract execution, invoicing and follow-up.
• Translate customer needs into maintenance services, technical solutions and project opportunities.
• Identify future market trends and growth opportunities, connecting them with EMS expertise and capabilities.
• Support workforce and business planning through forecasting and budget input.
• Evaluate opportunities, risks and strategic fit to support management decisions.
