Samman Law & Corporate Affairs, a Brussels-based boutique focused on digital policy and government affairs, seeks a Public Affairs Manager to shape EU technology policy. You will engage policymakers, design stakeholder strategies, and lead advocacy projects across cross-border teams.

The role requires a deep understanding of EU institutions, Brussels tech ecosystem knowledge, and excellent English with good French.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Deep knowledge of EU institutions and decision-making processes (national and EU levels).
• Strong understanding of Tech policies and the Brussels tech ecosystem.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to translate complex issues for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience in project/advocacy campaigns coordination or execution.

Samman Law & Corporate Affairs is looking for a Public Affairs Manager to join our Brussels team and contribute to shaping some of the most important policy debates impacting the digital economy in Europe.

Prerequisites

• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles;
• Team player and can-do attitude;
• A deep knowledge of EU institutions and their decision-making processes, gained by interacting with policy makers and regulatory bodies at national and/or EU levels;
• Very good understanding of Tech policies and the Brussels Tech ecosystem;
• Excellent command of English and good knowledge of French.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to translate complex issues suitable for either technical or non-technical audiences and to communicate effectively;
• Hands-on experience in project/ advocacy campaigns coordination or execution.
