Samman Law & Corporate Affairs, a Brussels-based boutique focused on digital policy and government affairs, seeks a Public Affairs Manager to shape EU technology policy. You will engage policymakers, design stakeholder strategies, and lead advocacy projects across cross-border teams.

The role requires a deep understanding of EU institutions, Brussels tech ecosystem knowledge, and excellent English with good French.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Deep knowledge of EU institutions and decision-making processes (national and EU levels).
• Strong understanding of Tech policies and the Brussels tech ecosystem.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to translate complex issues for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience in project/advocacy campaigns coordination or execution.

Responsabilités

• Work on influential EU technology policy files and regulatory debates.
• Engage directly with policymakers, regulators, industry leaders, and civil society stakeholders.
• Join a collaborative team of experts in digital policy and strategic advocacy.
• Take ownership of client projects and shape meaningful regulatory outcomes.
• Develop a unique mix of public affairs, legal, and strategic advisory expertise.
