Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Europe Distribution Centers team. This role focuses on IT project management for warehouse automation, material handling, and process improvements across Europe, including a large scale integrated material handling system project.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while collaborating with global partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is required.
• 8+ years of project management experience in highly automated distribution centers preferred.
• PMP certification is highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead integrated project teams to deliver major material handling infra projects on time and on budget.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams and external partners for IT and automation integrations.
• Develop and maintain project charters, RACI matrices, and status reporting.
• Manage risk, schedules, and budget across multiple concurrent projects.
