CINB-IRBN, a Brussels-based division of the Belgian Federation of Notaries (Fednot) and CNK, seeks a Legal Advisor - Regulatory Affairs to monitor EU and international regulatory files and support advocacy vis‑à‑vis European bodies. The role collaborates within the Fednot/CNK structure and engages with CNUE and other notarial federations.

The successful candidate will analyse legislative developments, advise on strategic positions, and represent the organisation in meetings across Europe,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law or equivalent with focus on European law is required.
• At least initial experience in a similar function is expected.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with excellent knowledge of the other language and English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyse EU and international legislative and regulatory developments affecting notarial profession.
• Interact with federations of notaries in various countries on shared issues.
• Formulate strategic advice and defend positions before European Institutions and CNUE.
• Prepare and participate in meetings, seminars and events at national or European level.
• Communicate progress of files to internal structures and notaries; may publish in notarial magazines.
