AETHER is seeking a Mid-Level Strategic Buyer to manage the procurement cycle for strategic electrical equipment within its project teams.

You will define contracting strategies, work with technical and asset management departments, and lead European public procurement procedures end-to-end, contributing to sustainability initiatives and process improvements. This role offers a hybrid work setup with occasional travel within partner entities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or economics with a strong technical focus.
• Trilingual French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical environment, public procurement or project management.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire procurement cycle for strategic electrical equipment from defining strategy to contract award.
• Define and implement procurement strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and asset management departments to understand long-term requirements.
• Lead European public procurement procedures end-to-end (80% of the assignment).
• Contribute to sustainability policies and optimize internal procurement processes.
