Unilever in Brussels is seeking a Public Affairs Manager Europe to lead public affairs activity across the EU, delivering tangible business value and sustainable growth. You will engage with policymakers, trade associations and NGOs to advocate policies aligned with Unilever’s priorities.

The role requires deep knowledge of European policy, strong communication skills and the ability to work across complex international environments.

Qualificações

• At least 7 years in public affairs or related fields.
• Strong understanding of European policy and regulatory environment.
• Experience engaging with policymakers, trade associations and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Foods' public affairs advocacy plans at EU level, coordinating with European markets.
• Represent Unilever extensively in key trade associations and build relationships with EU institutions and policymakers.
• Support policy positions, advocacy strategies and stakeholder engagement plans with the External Communications and Public Affairs Lead.
• Monitor policy developments and provide timely analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate activities with market teams for alignment on priorities and messaging.
• Support reputation management and issues preparedness in public policy.
• Track and evaluate public affairs activity to measure impact and improvements.
