The Future Society is seeking team members for our European AI Governance team. Roles span Analyst, Associate, and Senior Associate, focusing on policy research, advocacy, and international coordination in AI governance.

We are open to hiring across three seniority levels; Brussels relocation is a plus, and candidates must have rights to work in their location. The team operates remotely with overlapping hours in UTC.

Qualifications

• Strong policy research and analysis skills; ability to produce concise, accurate written work.
• Experience with stakeholder outreach and coalition-building.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a remote-first environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Support European AI governance policy research and advocacy materials.
• Draft letters, briefings, regulatory submissions, and explainers.
• Coordinate stakeholder outreach, meetings, and coalitions across Europe.
• Assist events and knowledge management; support cross-theme projects.
• Attend national and international AI policy forums and events.
