POLITICO in Brussels is seeking an experienced editor to lead a team covering EU policy. You will direct daily coverage, edit a flagship daily newsletter, and guide a small team of reporters working on both subscription and free products.

The role requires sharp editing, strong news judgment, and an interest in EU policymaking. We value hands-on leadership, the ability to inspire reporters to break news, and clear, authoritative writing for POLITICO Pro and a sophisticated audience.

Qualifications

Sharp editing and news judgment required.
Interest in EU policymaking and politics preferred.
Ability to work quickly and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience leading a newsroom or team is a plus.
