Job summary

RREUSE, based in Brussels, seeks a Project Lead to manage a Horizon project financed by the European Commission, coordinating ~20 partners across sectors. The role focuses on strengthening capacities of social circular enterprises, monitoring implementation, and reporting to EU institutions.

The candidate will also contribute to the RREUSE Academy project content and coordinate with the Programme Development Manager, Policy and Project Officer, and Finance/HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven record of experience in EU project management and monitoring methodologies.
• Experience managing projects as lead partner or with seven-digit budgets.
• Strong organisational skills and systems to coordinate activities.
• Ability to plan workload and support multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the project consortium of ~20 partners as lead partner.
• Oversee timely and quality delivery of all deliverables and reports.
• Develop and implement timelines for reporting to consortium members.
• Consolidate data for interim and final EU reports and narratives.
• Represent RREUSE in public events and disseminate results.
• Plan and deliver project outputs, including public outputs and publications.
• Support Academy activities and coordination under various funding lines.
