MedTech Europe, the European trade association for medical technology, seeks an Officer Communications to produce and manage digital content aligned with policy and healthcare storytelling for EU institutions and stakeholders.

You will join a collaborative team handling content calendars, editorials, and events while supporting cross-functional work with experts and members. This role offers hybrid work options and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, European Studies, Languages/Translation, or related field.
• First relevant experience in digital communications, content production, or project coordination.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English; ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Hands-on experience with CMS/website platforms, email/newsletter tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact, social media management tools, Canva or similar.

Responsabilités

• Produce, adapt, and schedule content across MedTech Europe's digital channels (website, newsletters, social media).
• Track content performance and report on key metrics.
• Design and collaborate with the designer on visual content for newsletters, social media, reports, and events.
• Run day-to-day project management for the Communications team: calendars, trackers, timelines.
• Provide administrative and logistical support, including events and committee coordination.
