Job summary

Political Intelligence España is seeking a Consultant passionate about EU health and food policies to assess policy impacts and design public affairs strategies for diverse clients. You will manage key client accounts, design and implement strategies, and engage with stakeholders at all levels within the EU policy arena.

The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, with hands-on experience in EU policymaking and a deep understanding of health and food policy challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in EU public affairs and a good understanding of the EU policy making process.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing strategies, leading advocacy campaigns, and advising clients on political/regulatory challenges.
• Collaboration with colleagues and ability to work independently; clear, actionable briefs for corporate clients.
• Excellent English and French skills (C1) in speaking, writing, and reading.

Responsibilities

• Support client accounts in planning, coordination, and delivery of work with high-quality outputs.
• Monitor health & food sector policy developments and provide critical analytical insights.
• Develop and contribute to public affairs strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders including EC officials, MEPs, and industry representatives.
• Support pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities while mentoring junior colleagues.
