TikTok seeks a Head of Communications EU to support TikTok Shop across 13 European markets. This role reports to the global lead for e-commerce communications and serves as the main communications stakeholder for TikTok Shop Operations, Business and Product teams in Europe.

You will lead European efforts to craft narratives, develop pan-European and market communications strategies, and advise on product positioning, messaging, regulatory alignment and brand reputation within the EU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Progressive leadership in a pan-European strategic communications role.
• Understanding of EU regulatory and policy landscape for external messaging.
• Crisis communications, risk mitigation and issues management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead EU communications for TikTok Shop across 13 European markets.
• Counsel market leadership, shape product launch narratives and PR risk plans.
• Mentor Comms Leads, align cross-functional messaging (marketing, policy, legal).
• Manage media relations, executive training and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Public Policy, Government Relations and regional teams.
