European Defence Agency in Brussels seeks a professional to support capability development and logistics integration across EU member states. You will contribute to cross-domain logistics, harmonise requirements, and help coordinate programmes and workshops.

Responsibilities include leading working groups, developing business cases, and interacting with EU and NATO counterparts to advance defence capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in defence logistics and capability development.
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of EU defence planning processes (CDP/CARD/PESCO).

Responsabilités

• Contribute to capability development for land-related and cross-domain logistics.
• Support the development of concepts addressing logistic challenges.
• Implement EDA Core Tasks 3–5; harmonise military requirements in logistics.
• Chair the Capability Expert Groups Sustainable and Agile Logistic (CEG SAL) and related work groups.
• Coordinate potential new collaborative initiatives and develop business cases.
• Plan and manage activities funded by the EDA Operational Budget.
• Ensure alignment between logistics, digitalisation, interoperability, and mobility work strands.
