Job Description

Your Mission: To further stimulate growth within the Aftermarket & Automotive Industry business lines, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and seizing new business opportunities and attracting new customers to expand our global logistics platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Implementation: Define the business development strategy with the team and translate it into a concrete go-to-market plan with targeted sales actions.
  • Prospecting & Networking: Build a strong network, create market awareness, and generate interest through active prospecting (cold calling) and presence at trade fairs, seminars, and events.
  • C-Level Relationship Management: Connect with decision-makers and convince potential customers by building strong relationships.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Work with colleagues to negotiate contracts and establish long-term collaborations with customers.
  • International Growth: Contribute to the further professionalization and growth of the Aftermarket & Automotive Industry Business Lines.

The Successful Applicant

Your Profile:

  • You are a true hunter: Prospecting and networking are second nature to you
  • Independent worker: You can implement a go-to-market plan autonomously
  • Driven sales professional: Experience in business development or sales within the Aftermarket and Automotive & Industry sector
  • Strong communication skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (French and/or German is a plus)
  • International mindset: Willing to travel frequently (+20%).
  • Experience: At least 5 years in an international environment within Aftermarket or Automotive (industrial)
