Qualifications

• A law degree and relevant experience in EU competition law
• Experience with foreign investment review and transactional matters is expected

Responsabilités

• Support merger control filings before the European Commission and national authorities across EU member states.
• Advise on foreign investment screening notifications in sensitive sectors.
• Draft economic and legal arguments to justify transaction compatibility with EU rules.
• Coordinate with local counsel across jurisdictions to manage multi-track review timelines.
• Assist in regulatory investigations and leniency applications.
• Stay updated on enforcement trends and landmark judgments affecting competition law.
