Resultance is seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations and guide clients through digital transformation. You will bridge business needs with technology, focusing on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of ERP project management experience, with strong Odoo knowledge and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management.
• Proven experience across full ERP implementation cycles.
• Strong knowledge of ERP core modules; Odoo familiarity is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

• STRUCTURE: Analyze business needs and define ERP project scope
• DESIGN: Build functional and technical solutions on Odoo
• DELIVER: Lead projects end-to-end (planning, budget, resources, risks)
• COORDINATE: Align and manage project stakeholders (consultants, developers, clients)
• BUILD: Oversee configuration, development, and integration phases
• ENSURE QUALITY: Guarantee deliverables meet client expectations

• Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent)

• Proven experience across full ERP implementation cycles
• Strong knowledge of any ERP and its core modules (knowing Odoo is a strong asset)
• Solid understanding of business processes (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Production…)
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in complex environments
• Autonomous, structured, and accountable
• Comfortable working in demanding and fast-evolving contexts
