Avanade Belgium is seeking an ERP Dynamics 365 Delivery Lead to guide large-scale ERP transformation programs across business, functional and technical streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful outcomes.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive planning, RAID, and governance across complex environments, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver integrated ERP solutions with pragmatic risk management and clear delivery guidance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ERP projects or programs in complex client environments.
• Strong delivery ownership across scope, planning, budget, risks and stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting and large-scale transformation projects.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, change and delivery risk with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation programs, ensuring alignment to client goals, scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage complex project environments involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, third parties, governance forums, and interdependent business and technology initiatives.
• Drive delivery planning, RAID management, resource coordination, status reporting, and decision-making across the full project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide clear guidance on delivery approach, priorities, risks, and trade-offs.
• Ensure effective collaboration between functional, technical, change, data, testing, and deployment teams to deliver an integrated ERP solution.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance, delivery controls, escalation paths, and quality assurance practices.
• Support program recovery, issue resolution, and proactive risk mitigation in challenging or high-pressure delivery scenarios.
• Contribute to shaping delivery strategy, client engagement models, and best practices for ERP implementations within Avanade.
