imec is seeking an Equipment Integration Software Engineer to develop automation software that interfaces with advanced semiconductor equipment and CIM applications.

You will join the Smart Fab team, collaborating with developers and analysts to build a modern CIM landscape and insource capabilities, while working closely with the team lead and onboard mentors. Fluency in English is essential in our international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development for hardware automation.
• Experience with Java OOP and object-oriented design.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and 300 mm Fab environments is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop automation software components to communicate with semiconductor equipment and CIM applications.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and Business Analysts to deliver a modern CIM landscape.
• Follow Fab Operations to understand automation levels in cleanrooms and configure equipment controller software modules.
